Here's a photo: Here's a blog review: A Ludacris show is a fun show full of exorbitant amounts of shout-outs "to the ladies." I think he opened and closed every single song with some sort of call-and-response routine about T&A, and people loved it. "I can't remember the last time I played in a tent, but damn if I'm not gonna have a good time here," he told the cheering crowd. And a link: March 11, 2008March 03, 2008ShoutoutsWe hear it all the time. "Is Luda really on the site? Does he really listen to this music?" The answer is yes. And he's started reaching out to give you his thoughts and feedback on some artists he's feeling. Go to the homepage and just click on the videos. There are many more coming, just takes us a few days to get the clips onto the site. And if you're NOT one of the artists getting love right now, keep banging. We're just getting started and there will be many more to come. Matt February 28, 2008Letterman and Spotlight CafeTuesday night was a big one for WeMix and the DTP crew. First Luda, Chingy, and Bobby Valentino rocked Dave Letterman and performed Chingy's hot new track "Gimme Dat". Luda sported his WeMix Hoodie, which was cool. After the gig, the crew headed straight for Spotlight Cafe for a star-studded DTP Showcase event. The place was packed with stars and industry hitters, and WeMix was front and center. Here's Jordin Sparks: Chingy: Chaka Zulu with AJ Calloway: And of course Luda: The show was tight, check out the WeMix homepage for shoutouts and drops. February 19, 2008Who's This Kid?A picture is worth a thousand words... we dug this photo of Luda and one happy fan at the NBA All-Star game in New Orleans. Of course, it helps when that fan is JET LI, the martial arts kickass superstar. WeMix gear is lookin' fly, here's another good shot from the game. What else is coming to WeMix? Here's a hint: WeMix will soon be in the palm of your hands. And you might be getting a real message with real feedback from Luda, so keep WeMixing cause we're gonna start making real records, really soon. Matt |
