Mark Wahlberg is the main character, but Luda, Beau Bridges, Nelly Furtado and Chris O'Donnell also appear in the film.
You can check out the trailer right here. The movie will be released October 17, 2008.
WeMixers, I know I have blogged about this a bunch of times, but hopefully you had a chance to watch Battleground Earth last night. Below is a picture of Luda and his eco-rage and well as Tommy Lee and his eco-rage in Battleground Church - the first location of their challenger.
Did you notice that Luda has on his WeMix shirt? Oh yeah, Luda is repping WeMix ALL THE TIME!!! For Battleground Earth, Ludacris taps Willie Box (his personal chef) Sesean Bridges (a model, his cousin), and Tony "4-IZE" (friend and rapper) as his crew.Last night, they worked together to build small structures that got their energy with solar paneling. The structures were then donated to the Battleground Church.
If you didn't have a chance to check it out lazst night, Battlegroun Earth is on TLC at 8pm on Thursday nights.
Ludacris, Kayne West and Chris Brown are on the roster of T-Pain's third ablum "Thr33 Ringz" - Oh yeah, Luda collaborates JUST like you do.

It seems like DMX wants to make handcuffs the new style.
This weekend, DMX was arrested in a Pheonix mall on suspicion of felony identity theft. Apparently, DMX, real name Earl Simmons, went under the pseudonym "Troy Jones" when he checked in to the Mayo Clinic last spring because he had pneumonia.. Using a fake name and a fake Social Security number, he tried to avoid paying a $7,500 bill.
The rapper's extensive rap sheet already includes busts on charges of outstanding warrants, misdemeanor animal cruelty and felony drug possession, speeding on a suspended license and attempted purchasing of cocaine and marijuana.
Just yesterday, we got wind of WeMix user, Cameron J's fantastic idea. He wants to improve his skills by doing a collaboration with 1 user from every state. His goal is to make 50 songs, all with other WeMix users by the end of the year. Sounds pretty ambitious to us, but we think he can do it.
He's already covered Oklahoma, by collaborating with Lil Rippa. Check out "Slow."
Check out Cameron J's 50 State Challenge and if you have some time, here's a fun video he made to promote his album. If you are intersted in making a track with Cameron J, you can reach him at his MySpace or you can email him at cameronh14@hotmail.com
So who is Cameron J?
He's a musician. A WeMix.com user, just like you. Cameron hails from Oklahoma City, and has been singing most of his life, starting in church choir. He's been recognized for his musicial achievement in all-state choirs and musician groups. In January, he released his first album, R&B Sensation - totally written and produced by himself. He told WeMix " I will continue to write and better myself as a musician... This is my dream... and I'm not stopping until I wake and its a reality."
We think he's 50 state chellenge is a great way for him to start making his dreama reality. So be a part of it! WeMix.com - Cameron J's 50 State Challenge!
You all know their music well. TuPac. Snoop. Dre. They are the fathers of modern hip hop. And now their label is no longer theirs.
Death Row Records, the label that released albums by Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg, and Dr. Dre, was just auctioned off for a mere $24 million.
New York-based Global Music Group Inc is now the owner of Death Row, including the back catalog and current artists contracts. The independent label now has ownership of many classic albums including Dr. Dre's "The Chronic," Shakur's "All Eyez on Me" and Snoop Dogg's "Doggystyle."
In it's heyday in the mid-1990s, Death Row sold tens of millions of records. But since, it has collapsed in debt and mismanagement.
WEMIXERS!
Luda's new album is just around the corner. It's called "Theater Of The Mind" and it's gonna blow your mind. There will be lots of drops and sneak previews right here at WeMix.
Here's a hot shot from MTV.com... Luda and DJ Drama talking about the album and some choice cuts.
WeMix isn’t the only thing in the news.
WeMix user Nadia, a singer-songwriter, was recently featured in the Boston Globe. The article talks about the transition from being a television reporter on CBS in Boston to being a successful singer. You can check her out at http://www.wemix.com/28662 or www.nadiasworld.com
We think it's reallly awesome when someone within the WeMix community is featured in the news.
